Universal Builders Licensing Program (UBL) was conceived in the year of 1999 by a team of construction industry professionals. Many of our team members hold degrees in; construction management, architectural engineering, and have project management certificates. Our team members have contracted to do residential housing, commercial buildings, and church renovation projects and more. We have worked with various professionals and subcontractors in the industry to successfully complete many project goals. During our building experiences we have gathered various pieces of information; books, regulations, codes, laws, guides, pre-exams and etc., from around the country. So that being the case, we decided to develop and share our information in hope that it would help others achieve success, which is our mission. We believe our program material will assist you in passing your state licensing examination, so you can accomplish your goal as a license builder.
